Our products are warranted for one full year (checking and repairing services) from the date of purchase which products are not being damaged by any man-made factors. If the returns are due to the goods quality or our mistakes, we will bear the shipping costs of returning and sending out.

We provide the competitive factory price based on EXW or FOB. We can quote the best freight cost by courier/aira/forwarder for your reference.
2. MOQ
We don't have MOQ except for OEM/ODM/customized products. The prices vary depending on order quantity.

4. Production Time
Usually our products are in stock, but if one of our product is out of stock, the production time for standard products will be from 3-15days according to the order quantity. For OEM/ODM/customized products, the production time will be 20-45days different according to the degree of difficulty or easiness.
